All products are considered works of art and should be hand washed gently with a mild soap. Please do not immerse the entire glass in water. You can use glass cleaner if you choose to display it.
We ship to the address you provide when filling out your order. We are happy to ship items as gifts and will include a personal card. In the “Note to Sellers” section, please write your card when you are checking out. We use various methods to ship including, USPS, UPS and FedEx.
Usually our glasses are shipped out the same day. We LOVE large orders!
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your jeweled wine glasses. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your glasses. We will refund your money upon the return of the item(s) in it’s original condition. Buyer pays shipping cost and it must be insured plus a 20% restocking fee. Please do not return any mercandise without contacting us for an RA (return authorization). We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If items are not claimed within 7 days we will not be able to store your merchandise and will dispose of it.
Sometimes accidents do happen and in the rare case that your order is damaged, please contact The Queens’ Jewels® within 48 hours to file a claim. In order to file a claim, you must have proof and the best way to do this is to take a picture of the damage. Do not throw away any packaging materials. The information including the tracking # will be on the label. Without the required information we cannot file a claim.
