Frequently Asked Questions
Are these dishwasher safe?
No — these jeweled glasses are hand-wash only. The hand-applied rhinestones are bonded with high-grade adhesive, but heat and detergent in dishwashers will degrade the bond over time. Wash with mild soap and a soft cloth, and your glasses will last for years of celebrations.
Are the rhinestones durable?
Yes. Each rhinestone is hand-applied with high-grade adhesive designed for repeated handling. With proper care (hand-washing only), the embellishments stay sparkling for years. Avoid harsh chemicals, dishwashers, and abrasive scrubbers.
Are they made in the USA?
Yes — every glass is hand-crafted by skilled artisans at The Queens’ Jewels® in the USA. We design, source materials, and apply every rhinestone in-house.
How are they shipped?
Every glass arrives in a giftable presentation box, ready to give without extra wrapping needed. Multi-glass orders are bundled in a single gift package where possible. We ship within 1-3 business days via UPS or USPS depending on destination.
What’s the difference between stemmed and stemless?
Stemmed glasses have a classic 9-inch silhouette with elegant stem — perfect for formal celebrations and traditional wine service. Stemless glasses are 6 inches tall with a modern stemless silhouette — perfect for outdoor entertaining, casual gatherings, and everyday use. Both are 21 oz capacity and made from the same lead-free crystal-clear glass.
